Who we are
Here’s a little background on how we came about and what our purpose is.
In early 2001 two triplet moms launched ATM. They actually rechristened an old triplet group which originally had about 30 members. From that initial list of 30 , we’ve grown to 250 in 6 short years.
We’re a network, not a club. So no dues, officer roles to fill, etc. In other words, we try to keep it as simple as possible because we know how busy everyone is! We do have 3 co-heads to welcome new members: Muriel Janoschka, Renay Bedora, and Danielle Moore. Our main means of communication is our Atlanta_Triplets_and_More yahoo group. We also offer:
- Strong network of HOM moms in the local area.
- Handme down clothing and equipment (we have a pass-it-forward policy on items which are donated to the families).
- Informal organized playdates for the kids (the moms organize the playdates, not the club).
- Yahoo group for communicating.
- Meal drives.
- Visits to hospital to provide moral support for the expectant moms on bedrest.
